How much does cleaning cost?
You describe the work and budget. Providers submit bids, so you can compare prices and the agreed scope before choosing. The price depends on the bid you select and the agreed cleaning tasks.
Can I book once-off or regular cleaning?
You can specify a once-off or recurring cleaning requirement when posting your job. The provider’s bid and confirmed booking determine the agreed arrangement.
How are cleaners approved?
Providers upload identity evidence and, for non-South Africans, evidence explicitly authorising work. An authorised human reviewer records the decision. Payment-recipient setup is a separate requirement.
Can I use the same account on the app?
Yes. Use your marketplace email and password on the web app, Android or iPhone. Existing testers can continue in Google Play closed testing or Apple TestFlight; public store launch is still in progress.
Do cleaners bring supplies?
Specify whether you need the provider to bring supplies in your job post, and confirm what is included before selecting a bid.
