YOUR REGISTRATION JOURNEY
Register with your email and password, then select the cleaning-provider role.
Add your cleaning services, service area, experience and availability.
South African applicants supply ID or passport evidence. Non-South Africans supply a passport and work-authorisation evidence.
Our team reviews your evidence. Bidding also requires an approved payment-recipient setup; do not send banking or identity details in chat.
WORK INDEPENDENTLY
Cleaning Maids is a marketplace connecting customers with independent cleaning providers. Choose your availability, decide which jobs to bid for and propose your own price. There are no compulsory shifts, minimum hours or penalties simply for declining jobs or being inactive. You can work for other platforms and your own customers.
A South African individual working alone can provide services in their own name. You do not need to register a company with CIPC or buy shares to get started.
Use your personal SARS income-tax number, keep job, payment and expense records, and meet the income-tax, provisional-tax and VAT obligations that apply to your business. Only charge VAT if registered.
The cleaning agreement is between you and the customer. Agree the tasks, price, timing and supplies before committing. Your earnings are service fees, not dividends. Jobs and earnings are not guaranteed.
Supply identity and payment-recipient details securely and, where applicable, evidence authorising your actual work or self-employment. Registration does not grant permission to work.
